During the winter months, Pops and Momma Lima run the town's ice skating program, so instead of running out to Chilis, we decided to start taking over Pyngyp's Kitchen.
Kristen and I would use the Friday nights at Pyngyp as a way to craft our cooking skills; eventually these nights became known as "Grown Up Night".
Our first Friday at TH-413, of course, had to be marked by a grown up night.
Cooking dinner at the new place was a little challenging, as the kitchen is a wee bit smaller than the one we were used to dealing with.
I've noticed in my blog travels, that some folks have created recipe blogs, so in honor of those food bloggers, I'll try my best:

Ingredients: Bread. Butter. Garlic. Mozzarella.
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Slather on 1/2 Tub of Butter.
Cover in 1/2 canister of garlic powder.
Slice 1/2 block of mozzarella cheese and cover surface of bread.
Let Fiance eat the other 1/2 block of mozzarella cheese.
Put in oven for anywhere from 15 seconds to 15 minutes.
Check often.
